General terms & conditions

1) Definitions
  1. Company: Business trading under the name of 911 Website & Computer, Website & Computer, gravesend-marketing.
  2. Client: business, company or individual that enter into a contract of service with 911 Website & Computer.
  3. Services: Any services displayed on 911 Website & Computer's website and provided by 911 Website & Computer.
  4. Quote: Original document provided to the client after initial consultancy meeting. Once accepted the quote become the contract.
    5. 2) Quote for services

    Quote for services are raised after consultation with the client to determine the client's needs. Quote are emitted and visible online only. Quote can be accepted online or in writing. Quotes for services are valid for a limited period of 30 days starting from the day the quote has been raised. Any discount, promotion or prices stated in a quote become invalid after a period of 30 days starting on the day the quote has been raised.

    Quote for web design are valid for a period of 7 days has chosen design can only be hold for 7 days. In the event a design become unavailable during the period of 7 days, the client will be able to choose a new design at no extra cost. In the even the client decide to accept a design quote after the 7 days period and before the end of the 30 days period, an administrative charge of £50 will occur on the final bill.

    The quote include details of prices, description of services provided, time scale as discussed with the client. If the client requires any change to the quote, the client should notify the company as soon as possible and before the end of the 30 days period. Changes to the quote during the 30 days period are made at no extra cost. Any change to the quote after the 30 days period will be charged an administrative fee of £50.

    Once a quote has been accepted it is binding and becomes the contract.

    3) Subscription for services

    Each services will initially be charge at the price displayed on the website at the time of subscription according to the services or bundle subscribed. The company reserved the right to increase prices at anytime on a reasonable level. Prices will not be increased more than once a year for any one client. Subscription are subject to a contract of 12 months unless stated otherwise.

    If the client wish to end the contract before the end of the 12 months, then the full amount of the subscription will be due immediately. The amount of the subscription is billed monthly to the client over a period of 12 months. There is no extra charge for monthly billing.

    After the initial contract, the subscription will be renewed for an other period of 12 months, unless the client notifies the company within the last 30 days of the previews contract period.

    4) Delivery of services

    Quote for services are delivered according to the time scale state on the quote. If services cannot be delivered during the time scale specified on the quote due to company fact, the company should inform the client as soon as possible. No penalty can occur when the company has informed the client of an increase in time scale and the time scale is increased of less than 45 days. If the time extend exceed 45 days the client will be discounted £1 per extra day on the final bill.

    If the time scale is increase due to client fact, the client should inform the company as soon as possible. No penalty will occur if the extend time is less than 30 days. If the time extend exceed 30 days the client will be charged £1 per extra day on the final bill.

    Subscription for services are delivered each time the client makes a request for support according to his subscription.

    5) Billing

    Quote for services are billed as follow: 1/3 in advance, 1/3 at mid-term, 1/3 at the end of the project. A final bill will be raised at the end of the project showing all payments and services delivered. Bill will also show payment terms.

    Subscription for services are billed on a monthly basis for the terms of the contract.

    6) Payments

    Payments can be made by direct debit, paypal, or bank transfer. Payments in advance should be made before the start of service, final payments should be made within 30 days of receipt of the final bill.

    7) Privacy

    Client details will be kept by Website & computer. Client can have access and update their personal details online at anytime. Client details is fo the use of Website & Computer and will not be passed to other companies without the agreement of the client.

    8) Claim and refunds

    If the client wish to make a claim, only the person named on the contract is entitle to make a claim on behalf of the client and should do so in writing to Website & Computer. Claims may be received within 30 days of the end of the service. After 30 days, no claim will be received or processed. If website & Computer receive a claim within 30 day of the end of the service, the claim will be processed and the client will receive a response within 30 days.

    In case a partial or full refund has been agreed between the company and the client, such refund will be sent by cheque to the client at the contact details provided by the client within 60 days. Refunds will only be issued once, therefore the client should ensure all details are correct for the refund to be issued

    Services special terms & conditions

    Website design

    Regarding web design services, the client will be offered a choice of template to choose from. The client may decide to use 1 template or request for a template to be created for the client personal needs. The cost of a template is as describe in the quote and does not include content incorporation unless specified in the quote.

    Proposed template are available for the client to choose from, for a period of 7 days. Web design prices are stated in the quote provided to the client.

    Website development

    website development work, include PHP application, Javascript, CSS, HTML, MySql integration, Flash, page implementation, content implementation and any website coding work that cannot be considered as design. The above list is not exhaustive. Website development prices are stated in the quote provided to the client.

    Website template purchases
    Special terms and conditions apply to the purchase of website template and related product on Website and Computer. Before you make any purchase, you need to accept the special terms and conditions display in the links below. Website and Computer is in partnership with a third party for website template design and you should agree their specific terms and conditions before you purchase any web design template. Website and Computer can not be held responsible for any issue regarding a product from this third party.

    Website content management

    The company will manage in full upon client request website content. A 2% management fee of monthly net orders made on the website (excluding shipping cost if any) will be charge to the client on a monthly basis for website that involve product sell above . For other websites, the management fee will be set on a quote after client consultation. Website content management are not subject to minimum contract. Should the client wish to terminate the agreement it should do so in writing before the 15 of the month for the next month.

    Online Marketing

    The company will manage in full upon client request any online marketing campaign for the client. A 10% management fee of monthly online marketing spendings will be charged to the client on a monthly basis. Online marketing management are not subject to minimum contract. Should the client wish to terminate the agreement it should do so in writing before the 15 of the month for the next month.

    An account will be charged for Online marketing, payable in advance and depending on the client expected monthly spendings.

    Search Engine Optimisation and submission

    The company will provide the client with the best search engine optimisation possible according to the client needs and request after consultancy meeting. A quote will be raised for search engine optimisation. The company do not guarantee any position within search engine and no claim can be made against search engine position for a specific keyword. Submission to search engine are done both automatically and manually. automatic submission are a free service. For manual submission a fee will apply depending on the number of submission required.

    An account will be charged for search engine optimisation, payable on advance and depending on the number of pages per website to be optimised for the client.

    Analysis

    Website analysis are subject to the client providing the necessary details for such analysis to be carried. The price will be quoted upon details provided by the client and the analyse carried out. The analysis result will be explained and improvement to the client website maybe suggested with no obligation.

    Computer support

    The client should request computer support via the online form or by phone as soon as possible. The client will receive support from website & Computer as soon as possible on a basis of first in first served. Computer support include Microsoft software trouble shooting, and work on repair but does not include parts which will be billed extra after the client was informed of the cost and agreed to it.

    Network support

    The client should request network support via the online form or by phone as soon as possible. The client will receive support from website & Computer as soon as possible on a basis of first in first served. Network support include work on software, but does not include part which will be billed extra after the client was informed of the cost and agreed to it.

    Phone service

    Phone service is subject to subscription to the Utility Warehouse phone service.

    Broadband Service

    Broadband service is subject to subscription to the Utility Warehouse broadband service.

    Hosting service

    Hosting service is subject to web design, development and management work to be subscribed together.
